Very welcoming

Despite the outside appearance, the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The facilities were very good with a good kitchenette. The wife and I both had a good night sleep. The bed and pillows were firm but this suited us. The manager was a very pleasant fellow and very helpful. We wanted to do some laundry and he said he would do it himself for a small fee. My wife had some trepidations but we agreed that he do our laundry. The fee was not much more than if we found a laundromat and did it ourselves. My wife was quite happy with the results. We enjoyed a great Chicken Korma at the Indian restaurant right next door. The hotel was very good value for money and I would stay here again.

When driving into the car park we had a ‘Oh my gosh’ moment as the surface was well past its prime, but appearances can be deceiving. I’m not so pretty these days but I care an awful lot about things, which sums up this hotel. With a few more customers the car park surface could be fixed.

very nicely renovated suites just recently done. owner did a very good job. Will recommend to others if they ever stop in medicine hat.

Absolutely nothing to report here. Everything was exceptional.

The first very clean motel I have been in a long time. The property is well maintained and the owner very helpful and friendly.
