"Very comfortable, well appointed room"

The room has been recently renovated and was very modern and comfortable. There was a kitchenette with a hot plate, full sized fridge and kettle. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Check in was smooth.

Great personal check in experience. Updated rooms with kitchen. Not enough dishes for 2 people but only need to Walk across parking lot and eat in the pub. Shower curtain should be replaced but otherwise will stay again.

Place was clean and updated they were very accommodating, would stay there again, hands down, sat and chatted with the owner very nice man and freindly would recommend staying there if you were in Medicine Hat ☺️

This is a wonderful place to stay!! The service is unbeatable and the owners are exceptional!!! Restaurant is right there along with a lounge! Room was fantastic and don’t get me started on the price!! Five stars all the way around!! Thank you for your hospitality!! Mrs. S. Barr!!

This is not a large chain hotel, this is an independent family run renovation of an older property that is very well done. No breakfast included but restaurant right next door and everything you need to store and prepare your own meals.

Breakfast was not included but there was a great $5.00 special just outside the hotel. Perfect!

Two things - no more regular cable & TV channels. Modern folks stream shows but I don't like it, as I like local news casts for the area. The shower curtain aacross the entire bottom wasn't clean; however the manager removed it and replaced it within 10 minutes of it getting attention. Staff here are helpful, kind and wanted it to be as clean as a whistle. I think they went out of the way to ensure rooms are clean, so they were happy (not irritated ) when I brought it to their attention.
