Snow View Holiday Units

Location is great with easy access to mount beauty and surrounding restaurants.

Kitchen wasn’t clean but everything else was great.

Very nice well equipped units Comfortably stayed here Lovely crockery Bathrooms exceptional and well heated

First unit appointed had people in already but quickly allocated a new one to us I would recommend electric blankets on the beds as rooms are cold

Position to stop for the night on the way to Falls Creek Alpine Resort. Renovated bathroom. Renovated and well appointed kitchen. Room for two vehicles to park. Quiet location

Bedrooms had no heating so we’re very cold. Lack of accessible power points in bedrooms. Perhaps a power board between the beds? Bathroom heater not working.

Convenient location. Clean. Well equipped and easy comms with the host.

- Good location if you want to go to Falls Creek, but I'd find somewhere else in Mt Beauty/Tawonga - Full kitchen with pots, pans and cutlery, but have higher standards for yourself

- Only 2 split systems in the living areas that don't really reach the rooms so they are cold in winter. If you leave the heater on throughout the day, you'll be charged an extra $50. - The bathroom heaters are on a timer but only turn on at 7am which is when we left the house and I don't think it ever turned on in the evening. - There was a weird smell to the house, like childcare centre carpets, which felt a bit gross. - There were stains on the pillow cases, sheets, blankets and towels. Even a couple dead bugs squished on the pillow cases. - Just salt, pepper, tea and packet sugar provided. No other basic amenities like oil or coffee were provided. - The oven trays had used baking paper on it and the cutlery and cups were disgusting with dirt/marks on them. - No shampoo, conditioner, soap or hand wash - only bar soap. - You have to pay $2 for 15 mins of bubbles in the jacuzzi, which was ice cold, probably not clean and I wouldn't get excited about this. - The owner called me on the night regarding check-in and asked me several times how many people I've booked for and told me there would be a fine of $50 for any additional persons. He told me the lock code but never told me the unit number. When I arrived late on Friday, my calls went straight to voicemail and I had to try the lock code on all the doors until we found the right house. Then he texted me about the $50 fine for leaving the heater on, which we didn't mind paying so we could have warm rooms when we got home, and we came home to it turned off with the sliding door open so we think he entered our place to switch it off.
