Good food super big room with a fridge clean beach Nice and halpful staff

Fabulous stay, wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. Our beach-facing room above the restaurant was fabulous with a very spacious private balcony / terrace. The beach restaurants are not open particularly late, so it was really peaceful. We had breakfast in the restaurant most days, and lunch and dinner a few times and the food was really great quality and tasty!

Amazing views from the sea rooms, spacious and luminous room and excellent service from Tushar, who was always there to help with anything and in a timely manner. The restaurant also has a greaaaat mango/vanilla ice cream and aloo ghobi. Great location, right on the beach, and walking distance from many other cute spots and restaurant.

After 5 months traveling in India I can say, the Sealand is my favorite place in this country. The room, the restaurant and the beach are outstanding clean. The staff, especially, Dushar made my stay exceptionally comfortable and in addition very affordable as well. The boss tought his staff very well about things, foreigners appreciate, for example: the tables in the restaurant are stable standing and always cleaned immediately after a guest left for the next one, and not just wiped with lots of stripes left, no- really clean! Little details like small basins with clean water in front of each bungalow to clean your feet from sand, clean, good smelling towels in matching colors….it’s just nice to see them caring for details. And then the kitchen: homemade bread toasted to perfection with the right amount of butter, jam, honey or Nutella- after your wish, or a huge bowl with fresh fruit salad and many more to choose. All continental dishes like Schnitzel, sandwiches or spaghetti -pesto for example contains the correct, fresh ingredients, like basil and pine nuts - or seafood with an incredible amount of shrimps and squid in a perfect tomato sauce! All Indian dishes as well - amazing! We are still in India, don’t expect perfection! But the Sealand is the closest I found, and that directly at one of the nicest beaches in hole India.
