Sealand Beach Cottages

We initially booked at Sealand for three nights to keep our options open and give us time to have a look around. Once we’d done that and experienced the hospitality of Jairam, Tushar, Dipak and all the other staff we extended for a further four nights! Tushar welcomed us upon arrival, gave us multiple room options and created an immediate feeling of comfort. He greeted us in the mornings and took a genuine interest in our well being. For seven days Dipak looked after our food, our drinks, all of our queries on things local and smiled and joked through it all! Jairam, the owner, cooked all our meals and they were fantastic. This place has a real family feel and relaxed ambience. If we’re ever in Goa again this is where you’ll find us, highly recommend!!!

The hut was perfect: the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, the front porch was great, and the hut was a 30 second walk from the most beautiful beach. The staff were all super nice as well, and there was a really well-stocked convenience shop very close by. We will definitely be returning!

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't love.

Location, food, cleanliness, cottage with a great view of the sea, comfort, friendly and generous staff, ambiance! And since we went in the off-season, great value for money!!!

There's nothing to dislike....although I don't know how busy and expensive it gets during the season in Goa.

Sealand is located right on the beach with location can be found comfortably. I initially planned to stay for just 4 days but ended up staying for close to 10 days, which says itself that the place is very comfortable. Right from the time I was contacted by the Host/Manager Tushar, till my check out, my experience has been great. Stay: Clean, Well Maintained, Hygienic, Comfortable and indeed beautiful. Staff: Very friendly and professional Management: Kudos to Tushar for being such an amazing Manager of the place. He is polite, helpful and professional Food: One of the best places to eat, I have mostly had my all the meals there only Overall a 10/10 experience, must stay there if you looking for a comfortable experience by Patnem beach.

Amazing hospitality. The best value for money property at the beach.

The property is clean and well maintained huts. Air condition works well and they have inhouse restaurant/beach shack which serves some good quality food at very reasonable price. If you wish to go for a peaceful vacation may it be with family or solo this place is best for staying. Having direct access to the beach gives you the feeling of private beach which has lesser crowd.

My stay was exceptional. I have been to North Goa number of times but this time I wanted a quiet stay, hence I chose South Goa. Host and the Manager Tushar was a gem handling the property. He took care of all my needs and at the same time gave all the personal space without any unwanted questions like some managers do. The location of the property was something I wasn't expecting. If you're going to Goa for some crazy party then this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for some 'me' time and some peaceful escape, I would suggest this place. Near to this property is Palolem beach which throws some North Goa vibes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who just wants to enjoy chilled beers at the beach with a book or a movie or just swimming at the beach. Special mention to the staff of the property and the Owner Mr.Jairam who were equally hospitable. *** If budget allows, choose the room with the balcony on the 1st floor(specially for couples) ***

I think the food wasn't the way as I expected, the property lacks food presentation too, probably it being an off-season the food wasn't upto the mark. You won't see the kitchen always running in off-season in Patnem. Most of the restaurants at the Patnem beach didn't have operational tandoors or if they had it was only for a specific time. I am allergic to sea food so didn't have much of variety for myself. One can visit German bakery, which is in the vicinity , they serve some good food or else one can go to Palolem, you'll find many options there for the food. All the location/distances are 5-10 minutes away on 2 wheelers. My sense of taste could vary from others, I am just sharing my experience. Most important, alcohol and the food pricing at the restaurant was Nominal unlike Palolem.
