Sealand Beach Cottages

If you're seeking beach huts in Goa, this is an excellent choice. Conveniently close to other beach spots yet peacefully secluded, it offers a serene escape from the noise. The huts are clean, charmingly rustic, and almost right on the beach. The team, led by the kind and attentive Tushar, is brilliant, providing exceptional service that makes you feel at home instantly. The on-site kitchen serves delicious food ,various coffee, attracting visitors from nearby.

Gorgeous view of the sea! Lovely clean room with plenty of space and a great balcony to sit and enjoy the beach. Staff were very helpful and the room was exactly what we were looking for from this location!

Construction noise still going on below the room during the day as it was early in the holiday season they were still building the bar/restaurant. Would have been nice to have been notified about this before booking/arriving.

The rooms have a seating area, there's a good restaurant with awesome food, many other restaurants nearby, 30 seconds walk to the beach. The staff are very good. The price is good.

None of the rooms are beachfront. The rooms have some space, but not really designed for comfortable work. The villas face each other very closely.

Sealand Resort is a short walk from the main road. It offers very nice rooms and quite reasonable rates. Excellent food and Excellent service.

Everything! loved that it was on the beach. Staff were great in particular: Vijay, Yogi and Tushar - all amazing. Felt so safe and protected. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Food was great and couldnt fault it!

Rooms are big, clean and with all basic amenities. The food is awesome. The location is awesome, bang on the beach.

Fantastic beach huts, clean, comfortable, quiet air-conditioning, secure. Restaurant served delicious food. Manager and staff were all brilliant, friendly and accommodating. Patnem is smaller and less commercial than Palolem and has a cool laid back vibe. Sealand helped make our visit perfect :) 5*

The location its right on the beach of patnem if love wave sounds and relaxing infront of the beach with great food and attentive staff this is the place tushar and his team did a great job took really good care of us they were always available for help.they also guided us with safe parking
