The Palms - Seraya Shores Retreat Bali

Gorgeous location on the seafront with amazing views over the ocean. Great falling asleep listening to the waves crashing at night and spending time in the infinity pool. Breakfast was delicious & generous and the property is nice and private. If you have a scooter to get around, there are plenty of lovely Warungs nearby, and Jasri is only a 7 minute ride away too.

Property is beautiful but the villas are quite tired and a few comfort touches would make a big difference to guest experience. Eg: Most power points not working (staff were happy to assist with a power board). no cushions provided for couch. a drying rack on porch for swimwear/pool towels would be handy, bedside lamps would be helpful & the door is really hard to slide open & shut and needs some attention. But the property was priced accordingly - with a few little upgrades, the nightly rate could easily be raised accordingly.

The place is just abandoned. Mold is just everywere...the tiles in the swimming pool are broken the same as wooden floor in front of the pool. Not possible to swim in the sea.

Although we had a booking, after an inspection of the property we decided NOT to stay.

Lack of security, lack of cleanliness, no maintenance and gardens overgrown, lack of facilities so food would need to be ordered in. The property was isolated on top of a hill and did not suit our requirements and was not as per photos.

The location is splendid with the most spectacular ocean front pool view. The villas are big & beautiful 💙

A little maintenance is needed in a few places only.

Pool water no clean (Green), no breakfast possible (inclu de in the booking Price), no AC…

Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms and bathrooms, lovely breakfast and dinner.

Room didn’t have a fridge or fan as advertised, cleanliness very average. Very isolated property, wouldn’t stay this far east again. Spent majority of our time in Candidasa.
