If you are looking for beautiful beachfront resort then this is for you , but about the bungalow is very old not upto the mark , breakfast was good

First glance the room and view were amazing. We checked in and paid. $345 for 3 nights. Once we got to the room we were informed there was no air conditioner , no bar fridge, no kettle, no shampoo body wash etc. we stayed 2 hours. The room temp was so hot and the ceiling fan so hight, it did nothing. The side bed fan was so old and dirty including no cover. The bathroom was very old and dirty. No way would I have used the bath. The bed had ants all around the bed head and various other parts of the room. The mosquito net was covered in years old dirt and grime. Linen was old and a pillow had some rust like stains on it. It was basically a big old room with a bed and view. We asked if there were any rooms that had air conditioning and were offered a very small dirty dog box room which we declined. The photos do not look like the rooms in booking.com pictures. We were given no refund. The view is amazing and the big old room beautiful but you just couldn’t stay in it. There was no sea breeze and we were profoundly sweating in the room. The property needs a total update and make over. It’s such a shame because it is beautiful and great views. We don’t blame the staff as there are only 2 to maintain the whole property. 1/10 sadly and that’s for the views.
