Everything was great - boat was beautiful and the staff were amazing! Ivy was the most amazing hostess and provided excellent assistance with ensuring my dietary needs were met providing individual options to replace. Food was nice and plentiful - 5 course dinner and a nice buffet at lunch. Breakfast was light but this was fine with the abundance of food served for lunch and dinner. Room and entire cruise boat was very nicely presented. All crew were excellent with all guests and provided exceptional service at all times. Itinerary was good - we had 2 night 3 days package and spent time in Ha Long Bay on the 1st day and was relocated to another boat (day boat) to visit Lan Ha sites on the 2nd day. The Paradise day boat was also very nice and offered similar facilities to Alisa (pool, nice sitting areas upstairs and food served downstairs) basically a smaller boat to service Ha Lan Bay to get in closer to the sites. Anna was great to liaise with pre cruise including arranging transfers from Hanoi and finishing at Ninh Binh and both Ian kept us laughing with his his humour (Alisa tour guide and crew) and Hoi (day boat tour guide) were great at showing us the sites. Overall, very happy with our experience and would recommend.

Water should be supplied free of charge during all meals as should coffee/tea at lunch and dinner. Fridge in room did not work properly but manager placed medication in kitchen fridge for me to keep cold. Fridge should be repaired as I specifically looked for cruise that had min fridge when selecting cruise.

A hajón a személyzet kiváló, kedves és segítőkész volt. A program jól lett összeállítva, gyönyörű dolgokat láttunk, kapkodás nélkül. Külön odafigyeltek a speciális étkezésre, amiért külön köszönet jár.

A kommunikációval komoly problémák voltak a foglalas, fizetés során. Az elején a Tét volt a kifogás, de később is hiába vártunk választ a kérdéseinkre. Az előzetes ügyfélkezelés szörnyű volt. Hatalmas negatív pont, hogy bár drágább lakosztályt választottunk, mégis azzal volt a legnagyobb problémánk. A fotók alapján teljesen másra számítottunk, csalódás volt a szoba, de ami igazán rossz volt, hogy a hajó hátuljában helyezkedett el, ami miatt az összes füst bejött a szobába, ha kinyitottuk az erkély ajtót és nyilván az erkélyre sem élvezhettük ki emiatt. A füst bent is maradt, ami egy ideig fojtogató élmény volt. A másik gond az volt, hogy a motor és a generátor is közvetlenül alattunk volt, így egész éjszaka komoly zaj volt, kb. úgy éltük meg, mintha ez repülőn próbálnánk aludni. A másik negatívum, hogy egy 2 és félórás transzfer esetén 20 perccel az érkezés előtt miért állunk meg egy olyan helyen, ahol egy labirintust kell végigjárni, hogy vásároljunk, vásároljunk, vásároljunk (költői a kérdés). Inkább indultunk volt félórával később, minthogy ilyenre vesztegessük az időt. Kár ezekért a dolgokért, mert amúgy a helyszín gyönyörű, a személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes, ideértve a buszsofőrt is.

The cruise had a beautiful, classic design with wooden railings. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, especially Jason, who took great care in explaining everything and checking in on us throughout the trip. The itinerary was a lot of fun—we got to explore a huge stalactite cave, climb Ti Top Island for panoramic views of the bay, and even kayak in the calm waters. We stayed in a triple room(403). Although the room wasn’t very big, it was lovely and the beds were comfortable.

1. The food was delicious, though the desserts could be a bit more refined. 2. Unfortunately, the windows of our room faced the hallway, so we couldn’t keep them open to enjoy the view of Ha Long Bay. There was a door from the bathroom to the balcony, but since it opens toward the bathroom, it couldn’t really be kept open either. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t simply relax in the room and enjoy the bay view from the bed.
