Need to bring hand towels as none available, otherwise everything was as stated in the description. On site, we did not like the restaurant and did not find the staff helpful.

well the cooker did not work rubish left from the people who stayed be four verry out the way from town center my son ask staff for the time they coud not even help with that so ......

Great location only 5 or so mins drive to Newquay. Really clean and comfortable.

A lovely spacious caravan, plenty of room for our family of five. We used the sofa bed with no issues. The clothes drying racks were useful after heavy rain. It is located on a quiet section of the site, which was peaceful. Everything was clean for our arrival. Ten minute drive into Newquay town and beaches. Information for check-in and check-out all clear and timely. Fantastic communication from start to finish. The caravan is fairly close to the entertainment centre, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and netted football pitch, which were perfect for our children. Spacious fridge-freezer space for families wanting to stock food to cook themselves. The cooker in the caravan was usable, but the grill was out of order (an air fryer and toaster were available to substitute).A great range of activities to get stuck into if you want to pay additional charges. We didn't partake in these as we wanted to get out and explore, but it was nice to have the option on the doorstep if we wanted to use these! We had a lovely time and would love to return!

We were unable to access the site Internet in the restaurant as we hadn't booked direct with park dean without additional charge but this didn't make too much difference to us! The food in the on-site bar wasn't great so we preferred to cook ourselves. The property advertised cleaning products and there weren't any available, so we did have to purchase these in order to wash/dry after food and drink. Not a big deal but I would have preferred to bring my own if I'd known as stock in the shop on-site wasn't great. The lock box for key storage was very stiff and difficult for me to open (my husband had to do this).All in all, very little negative to say about the caravan!

The location was peaceful and very close to scenic routes. Nice, quiet area with all the main facilities that one would need.

The kitchen, in particular, could have been cleaned more thoroughly before I occupied the caravan.
