The accommodations were clean, staff were friendly and willing to help out wherever needed. Dinner and breakfast were five-course meals so come hungry! They ensured everyone had a good time!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and charming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a traditional Japanese touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I especially loved the overall atmosphere—it felt authentic and relaxing. Truly an unforgettable stay!

"A high class stay in the very nice Kinosakionsen"

Morizuya is at a very convenient location in Kinosakionsen for reaching all the sentos in the town - decent walking distance everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and the provided yukata was really nice. The dinner and breakfast were also very convenient and good quality. As a bonus there is a possibility for a car ride back to the train station when leaving.

Really nothing to complain about.

Naprosto uzasny zazitek, pan majitel a dalsi personal moc mily a napomocny, pan majitel nam nafotil nadherne fotky. Snidane byla moc dobra a cajovy ritual zajimavy. Pokoj cisty a prostorny. Primo v centru, vratili bychom se.

Et veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, og tesermonien var en fin innledning til et fint opphold. Luksus å få bragt bagasjen vår til togstasjonen før avreise.

L emplacement Le personnel sympatique Le petit dejeuner traditionnel

La lumière avant de l hotel qui eclairait ma chambre. Il y avait des portes paravents mais pour je ne sais qu elle aberration la partie centrale comprenait une zone vide tres large donc impossible de bloquer la lumière. J ai dus aussi attendre le checkin de 15h pour avoir le pass pour les bains ( j etais arrive a 11h). L hotel etait deja payé donc je ne comprends pas la logique. Pareil pour l enregistrement, on aurait pus deja le faire à 90% ( comme dans tous les autres hotels que j ai fait) de sorte que le chevk in soit rapide. Mais non le proprietaire prefere avoir une quinzaine de personne agglutinee dans son petit hall a gribouille ses fiches en papier…
