The location was amazing, just a short walk from the bus station. Easily able to walk to all other onsens and has two onsens of their own! Near shops and food and the staff is amazing! The owner especially truly makes you feel welcomed in his home.

I didn't like that I only had one night there! Could have easily stayed a couple more days.

在溫泉街的中間段，旁邊就是一之湯。老闆熱情，會主動幫忙拍照留念，晚餐超豐盛懷石料理，旦馬牛與松葉蟹兩大名產都吃到，建議入住一定要預定。

枕頭太低，希望可以提供不同種類或是2顆以調整高度。

A Traditional Japanese Ryokan, Onsen experience. It was truly amazing. The staff were attentive and pleasant at all times of the day. The breakfast was magnificent and a true Japanese experience. I highly recommend the dinner experience as well. It was delicious, a real culinary treat. The staff provided us with yukata during our stay, which we wore to breakfast, the other participating Onsens in the town and to dinner. We also wore our kimonos when shopping in the town. The staff were always ready to assist us with dressing into them. They were also happy to take our photos by the water at any time. We absolutely loved our stay at this traditional ryokan in Kinosake onsen. I will definitely return in the future.
