Morizuya

La habitación era amplia y hermosa,, yo me quedé solo una noche pero aquí tenías todo lo necesario para una larga estadía en Kinosaki Onsen. El hotel cuenta con dos onsen para los huéspedes, lo cual hace que no sea necesario ir a los onsen públicos en caso seas tímido. El personal habla inglés y siempre está preocupado porque no te falte nada, el último día nos hicieron una sesión de fotos por la ciudad y nos llevaron las maletas a la estación de tren.

スタッフの皆様の心遣いが大変あたたかく、とても快適に過ごせました。旅館内の露天風呂や岩窟風呂は大変趣きがあり、夜10時半までは貸し切りで使え、家族でゆっくり温泉を楽しめました。

スタッフの方が親切でした。 外湯めぐりのチケットはチェックアウト後1時まで使えます。駐車場も2時まで置いていていいのでチェックアウト後もゆっくり散策、温泉めぐりができました。

I was nervous about staying at my first Ryokan, but Morizuya makes you feel right at home!! Everything from the personal yukatas, the matcha tea ceremony, to the homes onsen, down to the location being in the heart of Kinosaki!! Truly the best part of my friend and I’s Japan trip!! The owner of the house were the best part, I can not recommend this place enough!! If you are in kinosaki, staying at the Morizuya is the best place to stay!!

I loved everything about this place!! No bad things to say!!

撮影を積極的にしてくださる点や女将が御茶をふるまってくださるサービス、着物の着付け等、他の宿には無い魅力が多かった。また、タイミングが良ければ洞窟風呂や露天風呂を貸切で使用させてもらえる。

風呂の脱衣所にティッシュペーパーを置いてほしかった。

A beautiful stay which is like nothing we’ve ever experienced. Staff are so thoughtful and considerate and the location is second to none.
