Mountainview Makarora Accommodation

Such a lovely spot. The studio apartment had everything I needed and was set up in the hillside with a gorgeous view. At night could hear owls and frogs and see the stars so clearly. Everything was comfortable and I would definitely return.

Beautiful peaceful location, lovely host, great base to explore the top of the Haast Pass.

Room was hot but couldn't open window, as no screens to keep those pesky sandflies out.

Facility was in line with the expectations. the room was comfortable and clean.

The self check in process was not super clear.

It was in a gorgeous location, rural property which was very quiet and was warm and cosy inside.

Difficult access if carrying heavy suitcases as there were a number of step up to the cabin but otherwise

Beautiful view, comfy bed, have laundry facility & good host. The shower head needs replacement as it squirts a tiny water in all directions, which makes showering very difficult
