Bei Sonnenschein bestimmt super. Auch bei Regen nette Gastgeberin. Kein Frühstück, aber nicht entscheidend. Preis/Leistung für 1 Nacht ok. Keine Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen im Ort. 1 oder 3 Stunden Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt. Also besser vorbereitet sein.

"Gut für eine Übernachtung"

Sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht und kleiner Terrasse mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Bequemes Bett und sauberes Bad.

Im Zimmer gibt es nur einen Stuhl und keinen Tisch. Wir haben die Möbel von Draußen zum Frühstück ins Zimmer geholt. Bei unserer Abreise regnete es stark. Leider ist der Parkplatz nicht direkt an der Unterkunft.

The location, with a view on the mountains, was excellent. Hosts were friendly. Very nice Bush walk close to the house.

Size of the room was much smaller than de 25 m2 that is mentioned on Booking, so eating a meal in the room was cumbersome (no table, just one chair).

Fantastic views and a very quiet location. Comfortable room.

A very long way from amenities. There is a cafe/petrol station 3km away and there will be a pub in the village shortly but the nearest shop or restaurant is over 50km away. A great place to stay but make sure you have provisions with you when you arrive.

"It's a fantastic lodging option in a beautiful location."

Breakfast was a nice large buffet. It would have been nice to have the option for custom made to order breakfast, especially given the small number of guest staying when we were there (less food waste). The manager provided fantastic recommendations for hiking trails to visit that met our timeframe and goals. They were great alternatives to hikes to see the glaciers, which wasn't feasible due to the weather (clouds too low).

It was surprising how few guests were staying during the two nights we were there. The dining room was mostly empty evenings and mornings, and it was a felt a little strange. Other than the manager, staff seemed fairly inexperienced, though they were efficient and professional.
