No milk in room......told to go buy some YV system totally unacceptable............not intuitive to operate.....staff had problems with its operation......after staff attention TV only operated in ten minute intervals, before disconnecting from WIFI

Location, staff were really friendly and helpful.

Things were a bit tired, it was really clean but was in need of updating. Can't complain about the price. Really good value for money.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property on arrival.

The person who served me was not friendly. It seemed an inconvenience to show me our room. I found the disappointing.

"Adequate for one night. The motel is old and is in dire need of refurbishing."

Plenty of space, comfortable bed, sufficient for one night. Probably would not stay longer than that. Relatively handy location to the Greymouth CBD.

There was no milk provided. The motelier said that I would need to go to the "store", meaning the nearby service station. That would have meant buying a large quantity of milk for one or two drinks only, and the rest wasted because I could not take it with me on the hike. So I did without a morning cup of tea.
