Nothing but location

Language barrier was bad, the manager gave the room we booked to someone else!!! Offered another room which had 1 double bed & 2 singles in the lounge was told if we use the single bed he would charge extra. Told him double bed to small he got angry. Gave us another room smaller than 1st room & no kitchenette. After 30mins I went to see him told him our booking was for King Studio with kitchenette. Had to agree that we wouldn't use the single beds so I sleept on the couch. Will not recommend to anyone I know to stay there!!!
