Shower was brilliant and kitchen was good. Bed super comfy

Room smelt musty and there is an ant 🐜 problem.

Location was close to supermarket

We didn’t go back for our 2nd pre-paid non-refundable night. At $190/night we would have expected complimentary milk, enough tea, dry carpet and no mouldy stink in the unit with flies flying around. They wouldn’t provide milk and couldn’t provide fly spray. Instead, they gave us air freshener! Office area was not inviting with management(?) bedroom in plain view-unmade and messy. Dirty shoes etc in doorways.

Filthy, hair dryer cracked, plug broken, shower dirty, handbasin was disgusting. No milk no toliet paper. No cloth to wipe table. Tv had lines on it. Dirty mirrors, outside was horrible. Office said it all. Disgusting. Would not recommend. Apparently it houses the homeless. I do have pics of the filth.

The room was dirty and smelled really bad. The floor had wet carpet like it had recently been cleaned. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Didn’t even want to take our chance having a shower. I’d never go back and advise anyone to avoid!

Overall look of the property was poor. General overview it looked dirty but it was more a lack of maintenance. At first the office tried to book us into a studio when a 1 bedroom was booked and did not appear happy when I requested a different unit.
