The hot tub was excellent really warm the kitchen cooking facility’s were also very good

The advertisement felt wrong the place I booked wasn’t the same photos as what we eventually went into I won’t make that mistake again, the lodge has been thru a bit of neglect by guests am assuming but not sorted by hosts, the couch was damaged the bed was very lumpy and there was some rips on the floor also I took photos when I came in just incase we were blamed for any damage, no WiFi either and the television is very small personally a new bed a bigger tv and wifi would have made it a lot better

The hot tub , but decking could do with a good clean stop people slipping on we leaves !

The staff were rude !!! Place was discussing and needed a good clean and , lack of kitchen equipment no properly glasses just not what an expected from 4 star it’s defo not that wouldn’t go back or recommend the place!!!

Hot tub, fantastic

Not clean - had to clean before we unpacked Mattress difficult to sleep on as of poor quality. Shower room was like faulty towers- falling apart. Door and shower attachment specifically

The property was beautiful and spotless, the hosts were so lovely and answered all our questions with grace! The hot tub was amazing! Facilities were top notch!

The hot tub was great for the kids

When we got there after being told there would be 2 single beds as the sofa bed was broken there was only one single bed and my son had to sleep on the couch. Hoseasons couldn't help us out with another pod and the owner said there wasn't anything else on site although when I took a walk around it did look as though other pods were empty
