They cancelled our stay the morning we were supposed to arrive. You also can’t contact them directly so this cancellation came via a third party. Everything about this was abysmal.

Quiet, small site. Private. The caretaker came to us shortly after arrival. Informative and said if we needed anything to phone him. Explained how the heating system worked etc and the water was checked every day in tub and permanently hot. Total relaxation. Centrally based for Irvine and Largs. Local Information booklet. Perfect! Thank you

fridge was a bit smelly. pictures in advert didn't match the property (small TV, no carpet, cheap couch). spings could be felt in mattress. no towels, and only notified very late. no tea or coffee

Had a fantastic stay. Hot tub was amazing felt private!

Only downside is towels are not provided. We had tried to phone the number given and wasn’t answered even when ring a couple of times. But overall the stay was great !!

The hot tub and surrounding areas where beautiful, truly felt like you where in the middle of no where.

cleanliness, for this to be a luxury facility you would expect it to be clean. upon arrival there where spider webs on the ceiling of the bedroom with dust, bedroom skirting boards covered in brown stains that could be water damage, in the wardrobe where two dirty pillow cases with what could have been food or vomit on it, and finally the bed was covered in dog hairs. understandably i know this is a dog friendly facility but dog hairs in the bed cannot be justified as someone with allergies to long haired animals.

Lovely hot tub and decent basic lodge for our needs. The staff were very helpful and tried to accommodate any request.

Slight marks on table that could be easily painted or replaced but didn’t effect our stay at all.
