Not much! A bit dusty in places, quite a few spiders, but that’s to be expected from a shepherds hut.
GBprice. The owners leave you alone. The bed was so comfortable. It was quirky.
Hard to find in the dark. No sign . No logs. Door was hard to lock.
GBGood rural location in the area we wanted to be. Peaceful and affordable stay. The owner sent us comprehensive messages beforehand to understand how the set up works at the Shepard’s hut. It was quaint inside but we didn’t get a chance to muse the outdoor areas.
There was a lot of info to read prior and lots of house rules and safety stuff that whilst maybe important made the trip a bit more stressful to make sure we did everything right, etc

GBIt felt isolated despite being in a garden. There was a lot of effort put into making it a private space. Lots of outdoor seating. Compact & cosy, perfect for a solo traveller. The communication and information given prior to my stay was excellent.
