Bed was dirty had blood on it, room had ants, no hot water, woke up with bites on us

The welcome clerc is the only one we came into contact with He was very helpful and enjoyable.

Large sections were unusable and I don't know if they were going to renovate or if that is the normal state. If I had seen actual pictures of the place live or actual, we would never have gone
