Empire Inn

I waited at the reception for so long. I came travelling from a long place to rest but there was no one to assist at the reception. It was such a long wait time. After that someone told me that the staff is in casino. I went in to look for the staff and informed him my reservation is with you guys! Then after 10 mints he came out and let me in to my room. Bad service!

I don't know if it was detergent they use for laundry but the bedding had a weird smell to it that I think I was allergic to I kept coughing went to bed at midnight just kept coughing and couldn't fall asleep got up at you in the morning and left

Bathroom(new) 10/10 . Bedding (clean and crisp) 9/10. Location(1km from hospital) 8/10. This must have been an impressive hotel back in the day They are investing where it counts- bathrooms and beds!

Apparently it's not in the best part of town but I felt perfectly safe during the day and did not walk around after dark anyway (did not have a car).

it was close to keystone

there was people partying in the next room both nights. the tub wouldn’t drain and the toilet flooded. we had to move rooms.
