Room was extreme cold when I arrived. I had to sleep with my clothes on, even in the morning the room still was not fully warm. Check-in took about 20 minutes. Seriously? With reservation? When I went to take shower in the morning another 20 minutes had to wait for clean water. Probably was not in use for so long and pipes get rusted. Typical Punjabi standard. Next time will rather pay $30 more and go somewhere else.

the carpet bathroom the bed was clean and their towels are very white it's good 👍

the TV had a power but no signal at all you cannot watch even weather Channel or News had a WiFi but too slow had a coffee maker too old and dirty no microwave inside the room had a refrigerator but dirty when I checked it their was a bottle of coke that was left by the previous costumer who check out the headboard was dusty good thing I brought my big bottle of sanitizer to clean it and in the morning it's hard for me to get out in the front door at early in the morning leaving to work at 6:45am I was locked up for 20munites I try to call their operator no one answered and I knocked their front desk nobody answered their supposed to have an employee at that time I called my work that I'll be late cause I was trapped inside and their parking is too far and their is always someone parking in their alley road you cannot pass through.

exterior entrance is worn, panhandlers by the steps. Interior is very dated and carpet's grubby. elevator carpet was filthy. tired out carpet, drapes and comforter. Sheers wereliterally falling apart. Wifi was very poor card locks didnt work so desk person obligingly came up to let me in. No restaurants nearby. parking is across the street.

Nothing to like

The place was filthy, I believe bed bugs were waiting for us at the door. Drunks hanging out front like a bad smell. I also believe the photos of the place are fake...looked nothing like them. We were turned away because we had a dog after I booked thinking it was a pet friendly motel because that is what I searched for. Will not ever be using booking.com again. Lost my money for the one night I booked and then had to fork out more for the motel I actually stayed in which was very posh AND DOGS WERE ALLOWED!!!
