Friendly welcome

The room did not feel clean. There was rubbish under the beds that was not ours! The towels looked dirty and stained. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a REALLY long time. The pool floor was so slippery and the pumps/filters did not appear to be working! We were not brave enough to use the shower!!

Unsatisfactory level of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and facilities such as the swimming pool obviously not maintained to provide a healthy environment for use. Excessively high pet clean surcharge of $50 for a room that had existing pet urine stains and odours masked by excessive use of deodorises Front porch filthy, unclean and containing a large plastic recepitle full of previous guests cigarette butts tipped on its side
