The entire complex is a lovely space, but needs a definite fix up

The pool was nothing but dirt, algae, stagnate water and mould .From camping we thought it would be lovely to have a swim and booked this from the pictures online shown.. it was such a disappointment and swimming back in the river would have been cleaner option. There was a dog in the room next door, which led us to believe animals had been in our room previously too.

"I traveled with three small children (8weeks old, 2 & 4). After finding the dog hair in the bed I packed everything"

The staff were welcoming and friendly

The room was unclean with a lot of spiderwebs and small spiders and one of the single beds had dog hair through it .
