"Unforgettable Experience"

A unique experience staying on this boat. Plenty of food provisions in the well equipped kitchen. The living area was spacious and the bedrooms so quiet. Beautiful waking up surrounded by water! An unforgettable experience for families and those who choose making memories over luxury accommodation!

The boat was very old and in need of repairs, limited water and power, but that is understandable.

The location is exceptional, absolutely overriding the imperfect facilities of a 124 year old paddlesteamer.

The entry key was not in the secured box as advised. The contact phone number was unanswered. We eventually found the entry key erroneously left in the meterbox.

Lieu atypique qu’il est rare de pouvoir réserver . Ancien bateau authentique, il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel contemporain ! mais il est évident que notre hôte prends grand soin de son bateau avec toutes les contraintes potentielles . On est loin du monde et à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage . Les oiseaux sont un spectacle permanent qu’on ne se lasse pas de contempler. Moment rare. N’hésitez pas ! Merci au capitaine 🧑‍✈️. "Unique paddleboat stay."

Unique opportunity to stay in a paddle boat that is over 100years in such a beautiful location. There was fantastic birdlife & a seal. Relaxed vibe on the river. Breakfast provisions. Some great reading material about the history of paddleboats & the area.

Being so old it is starting to get run down & needing some TLC. This was all ok for us as we loved the history & relaxed vibe.
