"Veel charme, prachtige plek maar ook erg oud."

De “boot” ligt op een prachtige plek in de natuur. Dat is echt bijzonder. En de “boot” zelf is weliswaar heel oud (1902) maar heeft ook wel heel erg veel charme. De locatie is de voormalige opbouw van een stoomboot en deze opbouw is opnieuw opgebouwd op een vaste steiger. Wij zaten er (helaas) tijdens een flinke storm maar je kunt dus niet zeeziek worden. Het is een soort van huisje op een vaste steiger. Helaas konden wij niet buiten zitten ivm de storm want dat moet echt geweldig zijn.

De Steamer heeft heel veel charme maar is ook heel erg oud en behoorlijk aan het verslijten. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar de boel goed kan blijven onderhouden want dat lijkt erg lastig. De keuken is veruit de gezelligste ruimte. In de woonkamer staan eikenhouten meubels die eigenlijk niet meer kunnen; zo oud ongemakkelijk en versleten. Met wat nieuwe lichte meubels zou de ruimte er zo veel beter uit zien. Toch een 9 vanwege de unieke plek en de charme van de boot.
