Fairly clean but quite old rooms, good for an overnight stay but not a place you would enjoy or relax in. Good price for a room for multiple people!

Kitchen facilities need fixing/upgrading. Rooms need a kitchen towel to dry dishes since it was specified we needed to dry and put the dishes away

Room was fine for an overnight stay.

I had driven a long way and needed to have a good night's sleep. What I got was a late afternoon and night of abusive language (absolutely disgusting behaviour) from the people in the room next door. Won't stay again.
