Carnarvon Caravan Park

Only accommodation that allows dogs and plenty of space for myself and canine. Easy to find, felt safe as they lock the gates and staff were very friendly.

Found cockroaches in my room and were told to clean all plates or charged a fee but not given any cleaning products or sponge from a sign in the room.

Staff were responsive when issue arrived, but not particularly friendly. Accomodation was very clean and affordable. Check in/ out process was quick.

The blinds were see through, allowing the entire caravan park to see through into your room. This allowed the sun and outdoor lights to stop us from sleeping too. I complained about the outdoor lights and the staff did come to turn them off, though it was still very bright. Blinds needs to be replaced with black out blinds.

The aircon was not working properly and room was rediculously hot all night very limited rest before another 12 hours driving because we were uncomfortable in saying that room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and welcoming .

Friendly Staff Besides what I had mentioned below, it would of been more of a pleasant stay if the Air-conditioning was upgraded and Fridge is a biggy especially with a family 🙂

Linen and beds need to be upgraded ASAP Airconditioning needs to be upgraded, as this was very uncomfortable staying with the extreme weather events hitting as high as 47⁰ and trying to relax a grumpy hot baby is not very pleasant. Fridge needs to be upgraded.
