Nothing, I didn't even stay there one night. I preferred to sleep in my car.

Infested with bugs - ants, spiders, cockroaches. The ants also infested my car. There was a large double glass door with a sheer curtain that faced the courtyard - I felt very unsafe.

Neat and tidy air-conditioned room was good and reception was great

All good no complaints

Cockroaches under 2 of the 3 beds sheets, in the kitchen and under the bed bases. Ants absolutely everywhere, inside and outside of the room Towels & Floor matts in the bathroom were dirty on arrival. There was absolutely no privacy or blocking curtains on the only window looking into the bedroom (Photo attached) which meant everyone walking past day and night could see into our room, and see our belongings. On arrival in the main reception office/room, there was a small aggressive dog who was tied to a door handle trying to get to us while waiting for someone to complete check in. The shower had tiles falling off the wall, and the grout/concrete where the tiles were meant to be were all over the shower floor.
