Stayed here for concert at Bolton Stadium. Booked a taxi to take us there £7. And walked home 1hr. Just right for what we needed.

Bathroom floor a bit poor (but clean)

The room was a mess. Not decorated. Paint and wall paper all hanging off. No soap. Hot water for only a few hours during the day. Noisy from the adjoining room which was staff room. Cold. It said on the site what was in the room and to be fair it was a total lie.

we went to a funeral of my aunt to Bolton. in the morning there was NO hot water to bath. My wife my son and my son did not have a bath. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!! I would like a full refund!!

absolutely nothing

it was filthy over priced no facilities no hot water dirty sheets the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. How they can charge £75 for that is unreal I doubt I will ever use booking.come after this. I should have a refund really

Location was ideal

The hotel needs some VERY urgent attention to the decor. Paint peeling from doors and windows. Walls very damaged. No staff after certain hours. No breakfast facility. In fact would not recommend hotel.

Room was clean and comfy beds. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Facilities were basic but adequate and value for money.

The TV did not work properly, we had sound but no picture. The hair dryer, which was attached to the wall, smoked when we switched it on and could not be used.
