The friendliness of the staff, location was good for our stay, local to a shop and garage for food if you needed it

The room was basic, bedding was clean, enough storage for a night's stay, hospitality tray with tea and coffee, good, but the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishing, the room was extremely hot, unbearable really not enough ventilation, no fan, no air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep, we were up most of the night, got very little sleep, so left very early in the morning

Convenient for motorways and onward travel

Staff were fantastic , couldn't do enough to help .

Nice and quiet which came as a surprise. Next door to 24hr well stocked spar shop. Sandwich bar on site 7.30 onwards to grab a bacon butty.

No hot water. I was going to a show Saturday night in Manchester. Leaving motel at 4.15pm. Scorching hot day. But couldn't have a shower before I changed. Because the water is on a timer??? 7.30 to 9.30. Then 4.30 to 8.30 in the afternoon. Not good. Bath towel to small. No soap in bathroom so you can wash your hands after using toilet!!!! Defo bring your own toiletries.

There is nothing to like about the place

No hot water at all. All the walls were mouldy. No one at reception. Very bad service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Location was ok as it was near to the football stadium. There wasn't any breakfast, but there was a burger van outside selling breakfast assortments, which was excellent!👍 The room was very basic but it was clean, ok for a one night stay.
