Friendly staff and feel at home . It's a good place to stay, good value for money. I always feel relaxed .

No hot water. Hot water was on timer and did not come on on due time and no.way of contacting anyone

The only positive is that there was a 24hr spar shop next to it

This place is a state… the rooms are appalling the walls are falling apart the rooms are full of mould and the carpets are filthy in all my years of travelling I’ve never seen anything like it… the springs are up through the beds also..: there is also people staying here that are smoking illegal substances in the room and music that can be heard from the other side of the motel until 5 am…. wake up staff and do something productive

Absolutely nothing, our staff did not stay.

I have contacted booking.com about this hotel and asked that we be reimbursed for the £65.00 fee. We didn't expect much for the price, but we did expect it to be clean. The beds were dirty, the pillows grubby with saliva stains all over them, curtains were hanging down at the window, all around very unclean. The photos on your website are misleading, and were not true of the standard of the room, if they had been I would not have booked. Our staff did not stay, and we managed to find them an alternative hotel.

It was convenient for us and we had great communication with the owner. Decent cleanliness.

Very run down, my bed was uncomfortable. TV was playing up, we could only watch BBC1.

The rooms given were nothing like what was on the website. They were very dated & in need of decorating
