Nothing about this place is nice the rooms are cold an damp the wall paper is peeling I booked 2 double rooms and the rooms I got 1 had 2 single beds and 1 had 3 single beds disgusting place do not recommend my mates who had 1 of the rooms stayed in my room because there's was so cold and damp

We had a refurbished room so wasn't as bad as some other pictures. Staff were pleasent enough to deal with. Good enough for a cheap weekend if you don't care about luxury.

Very poor water pressure for shower barely trickles out the shower head and our shower head was broken for what looked to be quite some time, sloppy decorating, very old beds under the sheets which hide them, smells of damp, heating only stays on for 2 hours before having to manually reset, hot water is only on at limited times. Shared microwave in a small room which is damp with wires hanging out of the walls, arrived to see loads of keys in envelopes with names on them as staff are barely there. Bathroom floor was coming up and silicone mouldy and ripped up. Bathroom door smacks into the sing so not great for anyone needing a lot of accessibility.

Close proximity to work

The wall in the bedroom were dirty and there was a crack right over the bed. I was told I could only have hot water 415pm to 9pm and 8am to 10am not helpful when I had to be in work for 8! There was no mirror in the bedroom

Place was immaculate.

There is no staff available, the decor is dirty and falling off the wall, there are stains on the ceiling,the bed was made up,but it looked like it had been slept in ,the electrical sockets at the side of the bed looked unsafe. After driving 150 miles from mid Wales ,and seeing the condition of the room,we decided to drive the 350 miles home,rather than stay in this place. I contacted the Motel through Booking.com but as of yet ,had no reply . I did take several photos but unfortunately only 2 turned out

Our stay here was very dissappointing

There was no any hot water and heating throughout our stay. I and my son could not shower due to no hot water. The room was too cold to stay. When I reported that the room was too cold to stay and there was no hot water for us to have a shower, the response given was that the hot water and the heating were on a timer. We had to wear our jackets to bed throughout the night and still felt cold. We felt very uncomfortable throughout the night. I was given an iron that had already stained, and the iron board had some stain also. There was so much noise in the next room. People were arguing and fighting and banging the door. It was very disturbing. The room was also filthy.
