There was no hot water available at all.

Great location for me and easily accessible to drive to from motorway.

Nothing.

I’m hoping to get a refund as we didn’t even stay the night, false advertising, bar was shut, no humans to talk too,ghost town at 7.15pm at night!, towels in the room had mold on them 🙈, I’ve stayed in hundreds of places but this is the very worst, room opposite were filming a xxx film, guy walking around the hallway with a hammer , like a scene 🎬 out of a horror movie Reminded me of out-patients at the hospital, all the guests walking around in flip flops & socks with no brain 🧠 cells, like a zombie movie I really hope they can improve on the place PS the first time in my life I have ever left a review… True story 3 Star the wife said as she always books my working away hotels but I tell you what, I’m a big boy too & love a little banter but this place

Absolutely everything Everything was smelly & it looked & felt like a crack den I won’t share any videos or pictures I took as I feel it would really dis-credit this place & as I run my own business I clearly understand the dis-credit

The staff couldn’t do enough for you,but I suppose that’s because the embarrassment of the condition of the rooms,damp is an understatement,wall paper hanging off walls,you could smell it in reception corridors everywhere,this needs more than money spending on it,it needs demolishing and starting again,IT IS BAD!!!!!!!!The pictures shown are not of the actual rooms

The fact that you only get hot water during certain times and no staff were available. Not really a hotel- more for asylum/social security

No staff at night if u have a problem and heating

nothing ! it was disgusting do not stay here !

full of damp and mould freezing cold dirty wallpaper falling off the walls nothing like the pictures suggest, due to allergies I stayed for 2 hours became ill, no one at reception all shut down I called a number and was told there wasn’t another room available so book somewhere else then ring for a refund, spent out for another place now booking.com couldn’t get my money back but have given me a £20 credit, this place should be condemned!
