Hotel Fuki no Mori

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was amazing. The facilities were beautiful but a bit outdated. The sky deck and the private onsen are must tries. We had a wonderful experience in the property. We would return and recommend the hotel.

A wonderful traditional ryokan with a truly authentic atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The onsen was fantastic, especially the open-air bath, which made the experience even more special. It is a very remote and peaceful place, perfect for complete relaxation and quiet. We stayed in April, and the cherry blossoms were absolutely beautiful, making the whole stay feel magical.

Maravilloso hotel en mitad de la naturaleza con un Onsen (interior y exterior) espectacular, un completo remanso de paz. Recomiendo llegar temprano para disfrutar de las instalaciones. Personal muy servicial. El hotel dispone de un servicio de transfer a/desde Tsumago y Nagiso, que hay que concertar con antelación vía mensaje a través de booking. Desayuno y cena muy buenos, aunque algunos sabores algo complicados si no estás acostumbrado.

En nuestro caso, teníamos una habitación con futones, y al no estar acostumbrados, nos parecieron algo incómodos. No obstante, el resto de la estancia, compensó bastante esta parte.

The full service public onsen really made this place. But, more than that, the staff were attentive and catering.

If you want a private onsen, book in advance. The food options are not very kid friendly.

חדר נעים, אונסן מצויין, מיקום יפה מאד, שירות הסעות טוב, אזור נעים לקפה ותה מול הנוף.

באמצע הלילה האור בחדר נדלק בלי אפשרות לכבות אותו. אי אפשר היה להמשיך לישון. הערנו עובד מלון שישן ליד דלפק הקבלה והוא לא לא יכול היה לתקשר באנגלית. גם מכשיר התרגום שלו לא פעל. השתמשנו בטלפון הפרטי שלנו לצורך התרגום. התברר שהיתה הפסקת חשמל והאורות נדלקים כאורות חירום. לדעתנו לא צריך להעיר את אורחי המלון בצורה כזו בעת הפסקת חשמל.
