The food and the staff were amazing

La struttura è un hotel raffinato con camere caratteristiche come un ryokan ma con bagno e doccia privati! Ottima l’accoglienza e i servizi come la navetta che ti porta alla stazione di Nagiso da cui poi ritornare a Nagano per le destinazioni prossime! Ottima anche la cena e la colazione kaiseki, forse un po’ lungo il tempo per la cena. Onsen eccezionale con vasca in legno con idromassaggio in mezzo al bosco ! Spettacolare. Ottima esperienza

E’ un po’ lontano da chi intende fare Magome o Tsumago ma la navetta supplisce a questo portandoti a Tsumago per il talking

The dinner was OK but for the price paid during the stay would expect better overall quality. There were a couple of courses that felt of lesser quality

Wunderschön gelegen im Kisogebirge, sehr gastfreundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende, authentisches und grosszügiges japanisches Zimmer mit Balkon, feinstes japanisches Essen in stimmungsvollen Ambiente, sehr schöner Innen- und Aussen Onsen, Shuttle Bus funktioniert gut, sehr empfehlenswert

Nichts

天然木をふんだんに使った癒される雰囲気の内装で、お食事所が個室だったので落ち着けました。

お客様がみんな外国の方で日本語が聞こえてこなかった。 まだチェックアウトしてないのに、掃除のスタッフが部屋に入ってきて、ソーリーと良いながら慌てて出ていった。

This hotel has an amazing onsen. It has a large outdoor hot pool with amazing views of the valley or the stars at night. The rooms are also very large. The dinner includes a large variety of food and the staff were professional and friendly.

The dinner, while containing a large variety of food, wasn't as good as some cheaper hotels we stayed in. The rooms are also quite dated and showing signs of wear. This hotel was double the price of most of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan, but I'm not sure if it was worth the extra cost.

De service en vriendelijke bediening.

Het eten was heerlijk en variërend. Voor ons wel een beetje veel soms.

Expérience exceptionnelle. L’accueil, les repas et les produits locaux, la propreté, la tranquillité, les environs, la vue sur les montagnes, les onsens… c’était absolument parfait et inoubliable !
