We hotel facilities were beautiful and we loved the outdoor onsen. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way with forgotten items that needed to be forwarded to us. Dinner was an amazing experience, the best meal we’ve had in Japan.

"Beautiful spot, but not worth the cost."

Beautiful valley

Carrying bags down flights of stairs. It wasn’t that much nicer than other stays, but it cost twice as much. There was no coffee even though they said there was.
