Hotel Fuki no Mori

Service outstanding, staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Meals and service was superb, food was explained in detail by English speaking staff, educating us as each course was served. Facilities excellent. Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Hotel Fuki no Mori. We will be back.

רכשנו שני חדרים באותו המחיר. האחד נקרא טריפל שבו היו אמורות להיות שלוש מיטות והיו רק שתיים אבל לפחות רגילות השני נקרא טווין שבו היו אמורות להיות שתי מיטות רגילות אבל קיבלנו שני מזרונים על במה נמוכה צמודה לקיר ומחוברת. המנהל לא גילה גמישות או איכפתיות ואמר בעיה שלכם כי זה מה שרואים בתמונה. נכנסנו לחדר שהיה עלוב מכל הבחינות ולהפתעתנו קיבלו את פנינו גם חרקים. גם את האוכל היפני המסורתי שקבלנו לארוחת ערב וארוחת בוקר לא הצלחתי להכניס לפה ובארץ אני מאוד אוהבת אוכל אסייתי וסושי ומכיון שהמלון מבודד לא היתה אפשרות בכלל לחפש מה לאכול.

We all love the garden, the onsen, the facility, the dinner and the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating. This was the best stay in our lives.

Can't find anything negative. Ah, needed more hand and bath towel in case the guest dropped his/her towel in onsen change room.

Exceptional friendly and English speaking staff, shuttle bus made it a dream to get to, food was incredible, onsen both public and private were great, and the location unbeatable

Lovely meals made even more special by the traditional style tatami rooms. Enjoyed the onsen. The hotel was in a lovely setting - we only stayed one night and so not enough time to explore the area.

The staff made us feel very welcome here, we had our own designated table for the duration of our stay with a different menu every day. Staff explained things well, and even allowed us to use an earlier shuttle to the hotel. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains. Futon beds were very comfortable - large size 100 x 210cm, and thick foam. The onsen (particularly outside) was amazing and never crowded. Plenty of food, enjoyed the traditional kaiseki meals, beautifully presented. Loved wearing a yukata around the hotel. We stayed 2 nights, found the day time very peaceful and relaxing 😊 Highly recommended!

Communication via Booking.com messaging service with hotel was a little slow, with confirmation details of my questions only happening the day before check-in.
