Please note that check-in needs to be done at Residentie Californie at Californiëweg 443. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request prior to arrival, and against a surcharge. Please note that for reservation of more than 3 villas, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Costs for linen and towels: - Kitchen linen EUR 8.20 per package - Towels EUR 9.30 per package - Bed linen EUR 12.50 per person. Payment terms: Payment to De Krim Texel is to be made in two installments of 50%. The first installment is due within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, while the second installment must be settled no later than six weeks before the scheduled arrival. If the arrival date falls within 6 weeks of the reservation, the entire payment must be made within 14 days. If the arrival is scheduled within 14 days after booking, immediate payment is required through iDEAL or credit card.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Als Limburger niet gewent aan grote vlaktes met vele grote weilanden werd als veel kaal en vlak beschouwd. We wisten van te voren dat het wel open en vlak zou zijn. maar zo vlak en open niet verwacht. misschien ook de hele week regen waarbij weinig toeristen te zien waren beetje saai maar we hebben er wat van gemaakt, misschien in de zomer een hele andere beoordeling.

De ligging, huis was voor 6 oersonen, zijn er geweest met 4 dan is het prima!

Ons huisje was fantastisch. Flinke tuin met ruim terras en de ligging lekker vrij. De boven slaapkamers zijn heerlijk ruim. Twee aparte toiletten.

De eettafelstoelen daar vielen stukjes voering vanaf. De eettafel zelf staat wat krap in de ruimte voor 6 personen.

Afmeting voor 6 volwassenen was goed, uitzet in de keuken was heel goed, 2 badkamers en apart toilet is erg prettig

Het was niet erg schoon bij aankomst. Daarnaast was de communicatie niet helder omdat ik via Booking had geboekt, kon ik niet in ‘mijn’ omgeving van het park. Communicatie met receptie was hierdoor slecht. Ik zou berichten met toegangscode deur e.d moeten ontvangen; op mijn berichten die ik verstuurde via Booking, werd niet gereageerd. In het huis geen info over hoe dus te handelen bij uitchecken. Op de tv konden we niet inloggen op Netflix of andere streamdiensten. Na 8 uur ‘s avonds was er niemand meer bereikbaar van het park. Beetje jammer dit. Voor het geld dat we betaald hebben voor deze accommodatie, verwachtte ik wel een wat meer persoonlijke benadering.
