Please note that check-in needs to be done at Residentie Californie at Californiëweg 443. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request prior to arrival, and against a surcharge. Please note that for reservation of more than 3 villas, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Costs for linen and towels: - Kitchen linen EUR 8.20 per package - Towels EUR 9.30 per package - Bed linen EUR 12.50 per person. Payment terms: Payment to De Krim Texel is to be made in two installments of 50%. The first installment is due within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, while the second installment must be settled no later than six weeks before the scheduled arrival. If the arrival date falls within 6 weeks of the reservation, the entire payment must be made within 14 days. If the arrival is scheduled within 14 days after booking, immediate payment is required through iDEAL or credit card.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
