Please note that check-in needs to be done at Residentie Californie at Californiëweg 443. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request prior to arrival, and against a surcharge. Please note that for reservation of more than 3 villas, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Costs for linen and towels: - Kitchen linen EUR 8.20 per package - Towels EUR 9.30 per package - Bed linen EUR 12.50 per person. Payment terms: Payment to De Krim Texel is to be made in two installments of 50%. The first installment is due within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, while the second installment must be settled no later than six weeks before the scheduled arrival. If the arrival date falls within 6 weeks of the reservation, the entire payment must be made within 14 days. If the arrival is scheduled within 14 days after booking, immediate payment is required through iDEAL or credit card.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Ruime bungalow, wat technische oneffenheden maar met potentie voor iets moois."

De bungalows zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, incl. wasmachine en vaatwasmachine. Genoeg borden, bekers, glazen, potten en pannen en bestek. Een mooie ruime tuin eromheen (92b). Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn ruim. Verder ligt het mooi tussen Den Burg en De Koog in, en is het bos, duinen en strand (2km) vlakbij.

Wat tegenviel was de rommeligheid van dit park, donker en smalle onverlichte paadjes. Wij hadden 3 x een 6 persoonsbungalow geboekt en het 3e huisje lag ver weg van de overige twee. Dat was erg onhandig. Het zwembad is overigens bij De Krim in de Cocksdorp. Verder is het binnen de bungalows best gehorig, zeker bij het gebruik van de wc op de bovenverdieping. En de bouwer heeft sommige technische zaken heel snel in elkaar gezet. Dit ontaarde in een knipperende tafellamp, snel loszittende wc doorspoelknoppen en wat wankele stopcontacten. Bij de ensuite badkamer beneden zit geen muurtje of schuifdeur voor de douche en spettert het water zo de slaapkamer in. Ook geen deur dus als er nog iemand in de slaapkamer is, dan is er geen privacy. Advies aan het parkmanagement is om de bungalows een keer allemaal te checken. En beter schoon te laten maken.
