Modern rooms, ... can improve

Surprisingly some one entered in to the room in the mid night , not sure how do they got the room key. lucky I got wake up then they go away . i ways not in a position to chase them and in the morning reception not open for giving a complaint

Bed and TV

Could not cook my breakfast as both knobs on the hob were broken The shower had mould around the bottom grout line it needed a dam good clean.

Location was what i was after

When i arrived and got to my room there were ants all over my bench in the kitchen area, there was no utensils, pots to cook anything and it was advertised that it had a fully equipped kitchen, the wifi was weak could not stream any thing, my tv didnt have sky and that was advertised on there led sign. I contacted the number provided and i got no help and when i talked to the guy who was there the next day and mentioned i wasnt staying the second night i didnt get an offer of refund or an apology

Our 1st room was run down . We were moved to a much better room.

The noisy street traffic all night long.

Good management

But having a distrurbance

The bed was really hard making it difficult to sleep and ended up with a sore back
