Puri Air Beach Resort & Spa

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben gut weitergeholfen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und direkt am Strand. Alles ist sehr entspannt. Das Fühstück am Strand ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas alt. Zb sind die Liegen am Strand kaputt. Auch im Raum gab es einige Mängel, wie Löcher im Moskitonetz. Alle Mängel wurde soweit wie möglich schnell behoben.

A beautiful, peaceful place. Gorgeous rooms and wonderful pool. Breakfast served on the beach, lovely place to swim and watch lovely sunsets. Friendly, helpful staff. A lovely selection of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the livelier area and good snorkelling.

There was nothing that we disliked.

Beautiful location, quiet compared to other places on the island but in easy walking distance of restaurants etc. Right by the beach and the staff did everything in their power to make sure we had a lovely stay.

Controlling the shower temperature was a little difficult but not a major issue at all.

Nichts! Ich habe mich überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Die ungepflegte, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft entsprach überhaupt nicht den Angaben auf booking.com. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist katastrophal. Nach drei Tagen reiste ich ab!

Ungepflegtes Badezimmer (unangenehmer Geruch), veraltetes und kaputtes Mobiliar, schäbige Liegen am Pool ohne Auflagen, kein passendes Moskitonetz, ausfallende Elektrizität + Wifi, schlechtes + liebloses Frühstück, unmotiviertes Personal. Dazu kam, dass der Kundenservice von booking.com keinerlei Unterstützung gab!

La colazione. Era limitata a uova e patate e caffe, comunque era ottima, aumenterei la scelta.

L'emplacement est idéal : calme, sur une belle plage, et l'endroit parfait pour les couchers de soleil avec vue sur le Mont Rinjani. Les chutes sont très jolies et confortable. Le personnel est adorable. Juste un tout petit bémol pour le petit déj qui mériterait d'avoir plus de choix. Les alentours sont très sympas. ! Je recommande et je reviendrai.

Location and staff

The resident male cat urinating on my thongs within 5 minutes of arrival. The cats fighting at night outside my front door or near the kitchen. The walls are super thin in the villa and the air conditioning struggled to keep up, noise travelled from neighbours straight through. The room needs some maintenance regarding the electrical outlets and sub board cover plate missing. The pool water was not clear like in their advertisement. No one cleaned the shower area the whole 5 days I was there. Some of the dining tables on the beach side need replacing. Prior to my departure local officials put up a sign to say that unless the property paid its local taxes a warrant would be issued. I could go on but this should suffice, the resort definitely needs some maintenance and some of the cats castrated so they are not territory marking and fighting for dominance.
