De locatie. That's all. De rest is hier waardeloos. Oud, vies en je krijgt absoluut niet wat je op de foto's hebt gezien.

❌ NIET BOEKEN – vies, onveilig en misleidend ❌ Je krijgt hier niet wat je op de foto's ziet. Ga hier niet naartoe! Walgelijk verblijf: aan alle kanten van onze bungalow werd gerenoveerd: herrie, bouwmaterialen en bouwvakkers die continu om je heen liggen, kapotte voordeur die niet fatsoenlijk sluit, loshangende elektra bedrading, airco werkt niet, alles vies (badkamer, glazen, muren waar de verf vanaf valt), kamer met mieren. Geen uitzicht, alleen rommel van de renovaties en interieur van andere huisjes. Afspraak om geld terug te krijgen is nooit nagekomen – accommodatie weigert verdere hulp ondanks andere beloftes. Geen oplossing, alleen loze beloftes. Foto’s beschikbaar. VOLG ONS ADVIES: GA HIER NIET NAARTOE!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Ofrecían servicio de limpieza diario y el personal era muy amable en todo momento, un detalle que realmente marcó la diferencia. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

The pool, was great. Staff were so nice and the banana and pineapple pancakes for breakfast were fantastic

The rooms were in need of a few repairs and always ants. I think if the owners were to put some work into fixing things such as fans and wiring and maybe a coat of paint then it would be perfectly

L’emplacement est top, piscine avec vue sur la mer au top. Le personnel super sympa et répond à toutes vos questions. La chambre est super chaleureuse.

Great pool. Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds. Fantastic location.

Puri Air is in bad need of repairs and maintenance. It is a wonderful place to stay but falling apart badly. It is a very poor reflection on the owner. From the villa bathroom facilities to the broken and worn beach chairs. Pool lights ( fantastic pool ) falling out into the water. Pool shower never working. At times no power and water to villas. The list goes on. The staff are fantastic and a credit to Gili Air. They were all friendly and very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere next visit unless there’s a vast improvement. I wonder if the owner intends to sell and therefore isn’t spending any money on maintenance.

La ubicación era muy buena, a pocos metros de la playa y cerca de la zona más ambientada. La zona de la piscina también estaba bien.

No nos gustaron demasiadas cosas. La habitación : poco cuidada, la mosquitera estaba rota, el aire acondicionado estaba roto y goteaba (se nos encharcó la habitación y tuvimos que poner un cubito con el correspondiente ruido de la gota cayendo en mitad de la noche), nos entraron dos cucarachas, había muy poca luz en la habitación y una de las lámparas estaba rota, no me llegaba mi propia señal de internet (ni qué decir que el wifi dentro de la habitación inexistente) El baño era de peli de terror, exterior, sin nada de mantenimiento, el cuadro de luces en mitad del baño medio abierto, tenia una especie de ventana que daba a la zona del bar por lo que desde ahí nos podría ver cualquiera…en definitiva, daba todo como grima. El desayuno, en comparación con lo que veníamos comiendo en nuestro viaje, muy pobre.
