Puri Air Beach Resort & Spa

The location is excellent for sunset Beach viewing. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly.

Aircon send to be in need of some maintenance, it was just coping but certainly not cold. Power is on a pre-pay system and staying for a week we needed it topped up three times, one night it went out at 1 am and whilst staff were good about it they shifted us to another room with power until the morning. There is warning it is getting low in the room meter box, but we didn't know about it to warn staff. That should be included as part of checking in and if staying for a week then top it up accordingly to prevent it needing multiple top ups.

El desayuno era muy escaso

La ubicación del sitio es perfecta. Diría que es la mejor zona de playa de la isla, con un punto de buceo justo en frente con un coral impresionante. El personal majísimo, la habitación bien y la zona de la playa-piscina un lujo.

La ducha no tiene agua caliente. No está demasiado limpio y hay bichos/salamanquesas/una cucaracha, pero tenemos que ponernos en contexto de donde estamos ...aunque esto no debería ser excusa.

Amazing staff, very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Awesome location, the hotel has access to the beach so you can watch the beautiful sunset every night! Their restaurant is on the beach meaning every meal has a complimentary spectacular view. We stayed here for 10 nights, I could easily stay another 10!

Struttura molto bella, tranquilla. Camera e bagno altrettanto belli. Come esci sei subito sul mare. Lo staff molto gentile soprattutto la ragazza giovane al bancone di cui non ricordo il nome..

Ci è piaciuto tutto, unica pecca l’ultimo giorno la mattina siamo rimasti senza acqua del bagno.

Logement dans un état catastrophique ! Personnel désagréable ! Un hôtel laisse à l’abandon ! Une coupure d’eau et d’électricité dans la même journée et ça n’inquiète pas vraiment le personnel qui est 1 fois sur 5 a l’accueil de l’hôtel, Les petits déjeuner sont offert mais il y’a 1 crêpe et c’est tout ! De loin le pire hôtel de mon séjour à Bali ! Je ne recommande pas du tout! Pas de ménage fait en 3 jours, salle de bain dans un état catastrophique…
