"I highly recommend that place."

Host is owner of that Camp. You can expert high level of service. Great people. Warm welcome. Breakfast and dinner. Drums. Nice conversations. Clean and beautiful tents. We spent two nights with one and three year old children. It was great experience with perfect conditions of the Camp. There are No hidden costs like in many other camps i.e. For transfer to the Camp. I lost my phone in dunes and host took me there by car and we have found it.

Don’t even look for another camp. Stay here. Ali, the owner, is an incredible personality and his whole team is so attentive. You have to book the trip with Ali to do the tour through the dessert, you will learn so much and get to see amazing sights you would never see otherwise. Ali also doesn’t rip you off with the transfer or food. Many of the other camps will charge additionally to bring you to the desert camps. If you book a night with him everything is included. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The tents are beautiful and spacious.

The hospitality was great. The tent big, beautifully done and very clean. Very helpful staff. We decided very spontaneously that we would like to do a kamel ride and they made it possible for us. My sun and I had a great time and definitely recommend it Thanks again

It was all perfect

"Very good"

So the guys running this camp are nice and the food is good. What we liked less were the other tourists. This is just a very touristic experience and some very posh people come here, but the sunset trip was great and the sand dunes are very pretty. The location is good and everything is new and clean.

We laughed about the comments in here. So you will read a lot about an engine running in the morning and that people then feel rushed. That engine is a generator for the power in the morning to make sure you have light and a warm shower. You can, of course, hear it running, and that sounds like a car running. It says a lot about the people who visit this camp that they think that it's a car engine that's running all morning.

My recent stay at Amskou Camp in the Sahara Desert was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owner, Ali. His genuine kindness and eagerness to ensure our comfort made our experience exceptional. The camp itself exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep under the starry desert sky. But what truly set Amskou Camp apart was the outstanding service. Ali went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from arranging sunset excursions to the stunning dunes for memorable photo opportunities to offering natural remedies when one of our group fell ill. One evening, we were treated to traditional music around the campfire, creating a magical atmosphere under the vast desert expanse. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and cultural immersion. Overall, I highly recommend Amskou Camp for anyone seeking an authentic desert experience with impeccable service. Ali's hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable, and I can't wait to return.

Delicious food! Nice tent. It was in a good distant from other camps so we couldn't see them - it was quite calm. Very good Staff - there were only 4 guests (off the season) but they still cared about us and played some music in the evening.

It's a bit far from the big dunes - to get there on foot you need almost one hour (though many camps are far from dunes). We were picked up too late to be on time for the sunset. We've got cold water for the shower but probably later they turned on the hot water (we didn't check it again).
