"Wonderful homely ryokan"

Wonderful ryokan in the Japanese Alps. The private onsens were wonderful, especially the outdoor ones. Dinner and breakfast were a fabulous feast of local Jaoanese food. Has a very old fashioned feel that added to the charm.

The place is really quiet and comfortable, the outdoor onsen is fantastic. Definitely do some shopping for snacks before heading there bc there is basically no supermarket around.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und danach entspannen in einem der beiden Outdoor Onsen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war super lecker.

No food options in the area , and in the hotel only with pre booking, only Japanese breakfast, room is basic standard, no bath in the room, only in the onsans
