お風呂は良かった

部屋に椅子が２つ欲しかった。 食事は少し古い献立で、若者は少し不満足でしょう。年配なのでベットが良かったです。

員工服務態度良好，餐點美味。 雖然設備較舊，房門仍使用鑰匙鎖，但整潔程度還不錯。

大門口跟電梯都沒有任何的門禁管制，會有點擔心安全性。 有好幾個停車場，這次我們是停在隔壁的平面停車場，需要走一小段路（約一分鐘）。

早晚餐很豐富，溫泉很舒服

清掃から気遣いまでいき届いている。 椎葉山荘の露天風呂も素晴らしい。 部屋も静かでした。

不自由に感じた点はありませんでした。

This is a really beautiful ryokan. The onsen baths are all unique and well equipped. The staff, especially the waitresses serving food were so efficient and personable.

Très bel établissement, personnel très aimable, nourriture excellente, à la taille d'un occidental.

La chambre était un peu petite pour 4 personnes et leurs bagages.

Taishoya was our splurge part of the trip and it exceeded our expectations by far! The staff are all very professional and kind! I speak some Japanese which was well appreciated by the staff, especially in the restaurant, and we really connected with our server Kaori-san! She was so sweet and really made our experience there so much more memorable! The onsens are all stunning! I've never seen such beautiful public baths before! Definitely make time to take the shuttle up to the one in the mountains! I did take a peek at the big bath but never went in because I really loved the smaller one in the basement with views of the waterfalls and the koi fish swimming around! Super special! I already want to go back and will take the time to visit Saga again just to stay here! If you were on the fence, don't be! Book it now and have the best time!

That I only had two nights there! I could have stayed for a full week if I had the time and the budget for it!
